This is going to be our (mine and Nessy’s) chance to find out what we have is real. I’m really looking forward to it. We’re both so excited and we can’t wait to meet each other.

On 24th October 2005, somebody nicknamed Nessy PM’ed me in the Drive Me Insane chatroom with the words, “Hi there!”. We got chatting for a bit then I asked if she had MSN, of course she did and we added each other onto our contact lists.

Some weeks later, we’ve chatted pratically every day since then and Nessy said she wanted to ‘call’ me. Playing hard to get I said “Well, my phone number is public information and on the internet”. 10 minutes later the phone rang! It was her! What an increadably resourceful girl!

Anyway, she knew about my planned trip to Canada (because I told her a few weeks back), and she asked if she could come along. This is where I called her bluff and said, “Okay, I’lll be pleased to have the company”.

And there you have it, from that point we’ve gotten to know each other and we now have the chance to finally meet each other. Life is too short, take chances. Who knows what might happen next?
