Bonjour et Bienvenue

Well folks, I’m home. The past week has helped me and Nessy answer the big question. Is this real? The answer. Yes, IT IS LOVE. As you can imagine we had a wonderful 7 days together. We hit it off stright away at the airport.

Once I arrived at the airport and collected by luggage I walked through to arrivals. There was Nessy, her friend Sophie and her brother Etienne waiting for me with a sign that read “Nessy’s Little Devil”. :D Etienne greated me first and welcomed me to Montréal, then my eyes met Nessy’s and I said “Give me a hug!” and she came over and hugged me. I knew from that point we were going to get along just fine.

The following day (Sunday) we went to Gerry’s Resturant in Ontario Street with Nessy’s friend Candy and her baby son Anthony, later that evening some of Nessy’s friends came over and we watched some ‘Big Brother’ rip-off called ‘Loft Story’ (I hate reality TV shows).

On Monday, we walked along Ontario Street and looked in a few stores. Nessy also took me to the video store and supermarket.

On Tuesday, Nessy took me to meet her parents. We all had a good evening and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. By the third glass of wine I was beginning to feel a little tipsey but that just made the evening more enjoyable.

Wednesday and Thursday, Nessy sadly had to work. I used some of this time to find myself around the district. Also, on both of these days I went to meet Nessy at the Metro after she had finished work for the day.

Friday I was introduced to downtown Montréal. Such a beautiful city! We walked all the way along St. Catherines and throughout the underground shopping centres. We must have walked for at least 5 hours!

Saturday was pretty quiet and we were winding down for my depature. Saturday was the hardest day of my life. I found it really hard to get on the plane. At one point once I was through to the depatures lounge I found myself wanting not to board the plane and go running back to my Nessy. Before going through to depatures I hugged and kissed my Nessy and said “This isn’t goodbye, it’s see you soon!”. I had to tell her to go otherwise I would have never have left and got on the plane.

And yes, before anyones asks.. there are photos in the photo gallery.

Je t’aime Nessy! Tu es mon monde!

Nessy, I'm so happy you two have finally met and hit it off! Wellard, your story and descriptions of your time together touched my heart. Be kind to our Nessy, we love her so too! If you break her heart, we'll have to beat you up! (that's 150 + covies coming to your house and making very angry faces and shaking our fists at you!) lol... Thanks for sharing those pictures! That was awesome!

    Hugs, Luisa ???
